I've been dealing with them since they started and have built a working relationship that I intend to keep until one of us hangs it up and retires. Todd Sauls is hands down the best service manager that I have ever dealt with.. he gets things done! Hell, I think they're all great!

The parts manager needs to check himself, he's rude to the employees in front of customers plus he is ripping them off. It will all backfire on him and the ctw owner when the right person confronts them. It's just bad business on them. The rest of the employees are great.
