I called regarding their equipment listing for sale. From the beginning of the call, I was spoken to very rudely. When they learned that we were interested in purchasing the equipment for use in Europe, I was immediately accused of being a scammer. I was only inquiring about the price and availability of the equipment. I've been dealing with them since they started and have built a working relationship that I intend to keep until one of us hangs it up and retires. Todd Sauls is hands down the best service manager that I have ever dealt with.. he gets things done! Hell, I think they're all great!
