These guys are easy to deal with. I brought them 3 jacks to repair. One had an issue and they promptly asked me to bring it back so they could make it right.
We have been buying brand new impact drivers for years at almost $400 a piece. We had accumulated 7 guns that were inoperable when I found CTS&S. Tony was very helpful and assured me they would be able to repair them all and he was right! After about 2 weeks (had to wait for parts) they sent them back good as new at less than $100 a pop! 👍 Very pleased with their service.
I was having trouble with my Nitrocat and CTS&S answered the phone and solved my problem. They sent me my part right away and gave me advise over the phone on how to repair my air tool. Great experience, professional, and easy to work with.
