Passenger side arm snapped three times. I got it replaced the first time. Second time got a refund, but unfortunately the last time they refused to give me a refund. I will Never buy a single part from there again.

I must have visited a different outlet, after phoning for a price on a battery and asking if the price included everything and being told yes, I attended the outlet and having 4 salespersons ignoring me as they were busy talking to a garage chap, finally asked what I wanted then told the price quoted was + vat , I pointed out I’d been told all in but then told all our prices are subject to vat.
