The WORST auto body shop in the west suburbs or chicago – AVOID CTS!!! Giving CTS one star is still giving too much credit. First off, they only accept cash payments, which prevents customers from returning to CTS to have them fix anything they may have damaged. In my case, there were a couple dents in my car, but it took them 3 weeks to complete a job they told me would be done in 3-4 days. Good work! recommended. The job was completed on time (which most people don't) the owner Chris P. was very nice and helpful was honest about what was wrong and all around great experience. recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future if needed.
