Never sent a bill before and never knew they filled the tanks. I suddenly get a bill with a late fee as high as the unpaid bill. Very disreputable.
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I've had 2 instances within 1 week where I was told someone was coming to do a job at my house, and they didn't show up. Everytime I call, I just get the old "I'm sorry, let me see what I can do." Then I just get pushed aside. Run from this company as fast as you can. There is no communication among their staff.
I had been with CTR for more than 12 years. Now that it is Amerigas, This will be my last. The new “automated” phone system is a disaster. I waited 30+ minutes on hold to speak with someone who gave me the absolute wrong information and caught him in a lie. He told me I owed rent on my tanks when I know I purchased them at the original contact date years ago. Amerigas called saying someone should be at home for a delivery and then never showed up. I never review but feel I have to... This place has automatic delivery which doesn't happen.. Phone calls are ~1hr to get it scheduled.. Rental fees appear out of nowhere.. Run and Run fast. Used to be a good company when it was local (CTR) and now is nothing but a fiasco...
