Insurance recommended them for water damage. After 10 months, three contractors quitting and the owner deciding we weren’t worthy of finishing, we moved on! Please do not trust them for any repairs!!
I cannot express how much we loved working with Elijah and Devon. They're honest, thorough and very professional. They also do good work, show up on time and communicate very well. We felt extremely taken care of. I would highly recommend them. We had another company do some water mitigation work for us and our experience was mediocre at best. CTR has been the exact opposite. They are the real deal and they go the extra mile to help you out. It's so refreshing.
Leaving a five star review as to say thank you to Phil and Devon for going above and beyond to help me with water damage sustained in a rental. Definitely a situation where one can be taken advantage of and felt like they took the time to explain each process in detail. They provided me with options and supporting information.
Phil, Devon, and Elijah were all kind, professional and so helpful. My basement partially flooded and they were available quickly and had great communication. I am a single mom of two small kids and the CTR team were always respectful of my time and living spaces. I would highly recommend them for water mitigation/clean up and I’m hoping to work with their contract/repair team soon as well!
Devon is kind and professional. It was always a joy to welcome him into my home during the restoration clean up. Clean up was done quickly and started to miss Devon on my front porch after the work was done. Cannot say enough about his work ethic and amazing character. Devon is pure joy!
