CTR helped us with a basement water issue. Crystal, Emmanuel and Camron were incredibly helpful and even helped get something additional repaired. It was so helpful to have them guiding us through a tough process.
I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at CTR. They were in charge of my restoration project in my bathroom. Emmanuel was always very good at communicating with me and helped me understand the process the whole way. Then I was fortunate enough to have Jeremy as the contractor who rebuilt my bathroom. He went out of his way to get me through each hiccup that was presented. As they know, this was a long and frustrating 3 months for me as a new homeowner. The team of Emanuel , Max and Jeremy were very professional and considerate. They kept me posted at all times. They took care of the flood in a timely manner and the repair job was perfect. I will and have recommended them to people I know who were in the same situation. Give them a call you won’t be dissapointed
Everyone was very professional, friendly, and respectful of my tenant. There were no significant delays on the part of CTR, and I was very pleased with the restoration.
