Amazing experience from the quote to final inspections. They didn't keep sending me messages when we were still deciding which company to go with for our roof. They answered every question that we had (which was a lot), they communicated so well and made sure that we understood every step of the process. CTR roofing operated by owner Chris Thomas had the experience, and understanding of the builders habits in roof construction. They have repaired dozens of roofs that are less than 10 years old for leaks, had a good idea what the issue was and had a contingency if case he was wrong. Both repair and contingency reasonably priced. They responded quickly and he was not wrong. The issue was as he described even before starting the work. After a month of heavy rains I can tell the repair was successful. No more leak.
