Along with checking equipment and make sure everything is in working order. This guy claims to give personalized service which results in him not giving service as expected at all. Buyer beware when contracting with Tim as he will give excuses instead of professional service and if you expect to have balanced chemicals you will be left with paying him but taking care of your own pool if you want to be able to swim in it.
Skipped a week for no reason, then when he showed up the following week he texted me that my pool was dirty and I should vacuum it. I thought thats why I hired them. He then told me vacuuming was extra, on top of the $115/mo. if I wanted that. He sold me a used pool RX cartridge. When I told him to stop coming and just refund my money, well, he stopped coming over a month ago, still have not received my money.
