A staple in the community. City square cycle is a welcoming studio where both new and experienced riders will thrive. There are different types of classes to fit your needs- should you want to ride fast to the beat of the music and do a lot of choreography or a power ride that focus on slower heavier pushes there’s something for everyone. A good variety of classes on the schedule so you can always find a time to get your sweat on. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of taking Beth's power spin class today. I've ridden my bike outside and I am an avid runner. I also lift weights regularly so I'm pretty into fitness but wow, what a great workout! It did not disappoint. I also like that with spin, you are in control of how hard or easy it is. I highly recommend City Square Cycle to anyone interested in getting in a good workout in a nice clean studio with someone pushing you in a good way to be your best.
Our private event at City Square Cycle was an absolute blast! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our gathering. The room itself is spacious, clean, and created a fantastic atmosphere for our group. We had an unforgettable time, and can't recommend City Square Cycle enough for anyone looking to host an event with a cycling twist. Thank you Beth and Lynsey!
