I’ve been a member of Ctown Fitness since March 2016 and it’s been transformative. Ctown’s balance of strength and cardio programming under the guidance of trained and supportive coaches means results. The coaches and members are great. From stamina to cardio health to functional fitness — I’ve never felt better. What a great first class! I am new to the area (and CrossFit) but what a warm welcoming! It was my coach Jeremy’s first class back and did a great job demonstrating each movement as well as keeping us motivated throughout the class. Keep it up! Looking forward to the next workout
Best gym ever! Coaches are awesome and so knowledgeable. The people that go there are so nice. A very welcoming gym for all type of people.
