It has been 1 year since we paid a deposit to have our car port and lanai rebuilt from hurricane Ian. Several calls have been made to them, only to be told and be given excuses over and over again on a start date. Nothing has transpired. We have be trying to get our deposit back and again excuses. We are turning to legal action to retrieve our deposit. Shady business.
In less than 2 days I have a beautiful new carport. Customer service and construction workers are very prompt and professional. Couldn't be happier!
