Good people, family feel
Are zero stars possible? We are a new tourism company that like any new business is trying very hard to generate sales. Our experience with CTM Media has been a money losing nightmare! We are new to the industry a yes a bit gullible when it come to tourism but understand the process of using data to track our sales. We were given the old sales line of, "If only 1% of the flyers yield a sale.................blah, blah, blah." Shame on us for believing this sales pitch. BUYER BEWARE! Our company bought 5000 flyers that were distributed throughout Chicagoland with a dedicated phone number for CTM Media flyer only. We received ZERO SALES and TWO PHONE CALLS from this phone number. We also receive demographic data from all of our guests. Of the over 500 guests we served in the time period again ZERO SALES were attributed to CTM MEDIA.
