Had my family aircon fail on me on Thursday night. Thought I'd be sweating it out over Xmas. CTM came straight over and quoted me a new aircon as the board had failed. 3 days later they were here installing my new aircon. Amazing service and the price was actually far less than what I had imagined. They cleaned up all mess and were very professional and helpful. Great friendly service. Happy to recommend these guys 10/10
One of the workers there has some anger issues, saw him kick someone’s car and threaten the driver. Imagine what he is like at work with that attitude.

Horrible business with horrible people, saw an employee kicking the shite out of some blokes car just now near the city.
Recently used their technician Andrew to diagnose a problem with our caravan fridge. He went out of his way to ensure we left with a working fridge. Customer service was A1 from booking us in to final payment. Highly recommend
