Great and accountable service. I brought my truck in for an all around road force wheel balance and out of human error, a damage occurred while the service was being completed. No need to share any details, but I will say; These folks admitted to the damage, offered me several options to make it right and ultimately stood by their word and made it right. Great job CTM and thank you Travis for all your help in the matter.
They were very professional and easy to work with. The work they did was excellent.
Travis and the text at CTM customs took care of me quickly from the beginning. They did great work, going above and beyond and almost every area. Most recently I had to go back with a minor flaw, Travis was able to replace the entire steering stabilizer, including all dampers at no cost to me. I actually had to make them allow me to pay For a little labor. What a great crew who stands behind their products
This the best place to take your truck for any needs very knowledgeable and will definitely get everything right the first time with no problem love this place I'll always do business with they thank you porky and the crew.
