I agree with other reviews. I wish I have read these reports before. They keep adding fees . Now they will not release my shipment until they receive more money because the container was selected for inspection and they expect a fee from the shipper because of customs delay. My portion of the container was less than 0.5%. So they want to collect ahead if receiving any invoice. They are terrible in communication. They ask for the same documents more than once
I agree with other reviewers. They change the fees and have dreadful communication. I would never recommend. Ever.
Please do not use this company! Nightmare from the beginning and they keep adding charges to the imports. I only wish I would have looked at their reviews before doing business. If you need to import goods do not use this company.
Scam !!! Please don’t use this company it is the worst experience and unresponsive company. The driver dropped my box in front of my home and broke the whole item that was ordered in Indonesia . It was supervised by my friend and she have seen what happened but they lied that was not true. The company is one big scam !!!!
