This is the worst company. I can not believe they are in business. My original contact person was Sandy. She had no idea how to return a phone call. And rarely returned emails, and usually a couple days later. She never explained anything. She was good at adding charges to my orginal bill. They never told me when my 8,000 pounds of cargo would be arriving. I learned from the truck driver the morning of. I tried speaking with other employees and asked them for help.
