Extremely disappointed. I experienced very little communication and a huge lack of dishonesty! I made sure to stay in contact with them and each time I spoke to them I asked them to please contact me before doing anything. Fast forward to a month w/o being able to reach anyone, I finally made contact and found out that my property is no longer there and that I basically threw away $2000 on these inconsiderate mouth breathers. Absolutely no compassion for their customers

From the office, to the owner, to the mechanics, everything was top notch! They recently helped me keep my 11 year old car on the road and in tip top condition. New rocker panels, Woolwax, brake inspection (I said replace them - they said they don't need replacing) and a state inspection. All done on time and under estimate! I couldn't be happier! Thank you CTI !
