I was looking for a roofer to take off my 2 layers of old roof and install a new one. I called 4 roofers and got bids from all and I listened to each one and recomendations. CTI gave me the best price for what I wanted and with the same quality of materials I wanted. Jose gave me an excellent presentation of how they do their work. I said I would like the job done on certain time frame and I was called and told me it would happen on a certain day within that time frame and it did. Jose was very responsive in explaining problems with the roof. Everything with the roof looks great, and the clean-up was done very well.

I called CTI Roofing to get an estimate on a roof leak. Scheduling was quick and Jose provided a prompt estimate. There were a couple of missed repair times/dates, but this was a small job, and not an emergency, so I wasn't too concerned. The work performed came in below the estimate, and everyone we worked with along the way was courteous and professional

I called CTI to get a bid on my roof along with several other companies. I was late getting home from another appointment. The representative JP waited 30 minutes as i was stuck in traffic. He was very patient with me. His knowledge and expertise was very helpful and extremely important. JP checked out my roof and several shingles missing from the last summer wind and hail storm. Gentleman in a green polo and CTI hat ignored my no soliciting sign and rang my doorbell midday when my son was going down for a nap, waking him. Upon being ignored he went ahead and littered on my porch before leaving.
