The people are great from the beginning of the process to the end. We loved working with Riley and Reid and his team made sure everything was done to perfection.
It seemed too good to be true that insurance would cover our roof replacement. But Riley got it 100% approved. We never had to mess with the insurance company -- he did it all for us. Still in disbelief that we got a brand new roof covered by insurance. Our experience with Riley at CTI was so professional and smooth. We have been recommending him to all of our family and friends.
They were great to work with. They handled the insurance claim and made everything easy. They left my yard cleaner than I expected. Great company and I highly recommend them.
