Extremely disappointed with this company. Hired them in Nov 2021 and required half down payment in a job for April/May 2022. They were to retexture and add a stamped concrete look with a durable finish for a 12x13 concrete patio. We were promised to be first on the list for 2022. After many calls and lack of communication he finally showed up July 2. Excuses of lack of dry weather he arrives on a very humid day with rain forecast. Extremely Disappointed/Run In May of 2021 we had CTI Wisconsin come and refinish our stamped concrete patio, at first the patio looked great however by the next day the sealant had dried and had started to lift causing large white patches throughout the patio. After multiple calls/emails with Bernard, stressing that we were not satisfied with the patio as it looked worse than before they refinished it, they came back to “fix” it. Bernard is honest and was wonderful to deal with. My garage floors were a mess and he repaired them and they look beautiful. He was on time and kept me posted daily on my garage progress. I would highly recommend him to others.
Love my new flooring installed by Wisconsin CTI! Very professional, friendly and timely. Would recommend to anyone needing flooring installed.
We had our basement floor coated and just love it. The two guys was easy to work with and very accommodating. The finished floor looks amazing, we had many people complement us on the floor. I couldn't be happier. The crew was nice and even we have two dogs, and hair is all over the place, they take care that. Will recommend them all day long. Thanks guys.
