Shipping delivery was extended, upon my expressing dissatisfaction in the delay CTI Idustrial Supply canceled my order ! This further delayed completion of my project. Further inconveniencing me as the customer. Highly unprofessional.
Spray nozzle was defective. Customer service was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and accused me of “fraud” for asking for a refund, which they denied. The customer service agent was psychologically unstable to say the least
