Ordered from CTI on eBay and they can't even match their own tint colors and basically refuse to help out in fixing their own mistake. Now I'm out hours of work on my project and left with a color that they can't even match because they sent it labeled incorrectly. I was offered a refund for the second kit that apparently was the correct color I ordered but now the first is some weird off green and I am out the cost.
I came on Monday to drop off a color match for a stain and i was told it'd be ready by Wednesday 7am. I come back on Wednesday morning right when they open to pick up my stain and there is no one in that department. The front counter gentleman tells me the paint department opens at 9am. WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME TO BE HERE AT 7AM FOR MY PAINT IF ITS NOT READY.
