I am going ahead and write a follow-up review of how great Tien and the team is here are CTI. I don't understand why this place does not have more stars and reviews, but I believe that it could be due to language barriers. None of the difference, this place deserves more 5 star reviews and continuous support. Tien and the team have helped so many individuals who have language barriers get their taxes done right. Avoid this place! I came here as a recommendation and they wasted my time. Very unprofessional and one of the staff Trang said that she is busy but there is no clients at all when I was looking over at her table. I sat there waiting for a while for someone to assist me and I own multiple businesses. I ended up getting denied help for filing my taxes due to their "busy schedule".
