We used CTE for a cross-dock shipment, and the experience did not go well at all. They short-shipped two pallets from our load, and we only discovered the issue after delivery. This caused unnecessary delays, confusion, and extra work on our end. The lack of accuracy and proper handling is concerning, and this level of service is unacceptable for cross-dock operations.
