Absolutely shocking and appalling service, took my money to help complete my NVQ, would send my picture evidence to assess, and never get back to me. Now they have gone into liquidation, the same assessor has now set up QE Assess, tried ringing them, no answer, will not respond to my calls or emails. Potential new customers, avoid at all costs
I was enrolled on the experienced worker course 90% of the way completed and they’ve just disappeared no response to emails, letters or calls. Wouldn’t recommend!
Nothing. I’ve completed my nvq and waiting on my testing I was passed through multiple assessors for over a year ignored for months at a time then was given some extra time and told of its not done by then all my work is gone. Been trying to call them for a week now and the phone line is busy my emails aren’t sending, messages through the website nothing has been replied to. Payed over two thousand pounds and it’s looking like I’m gunna have to do my whole portfolio again.
Please anybody else who’s lost out through quickstep please help me for direction on getting this portfolio closed or any information on how to follow up Please
Seems that allot of us are in the same boat, my advice is to follow them on Companies House and file a objection for them to go in to liquidation and call JIB and tell them about you situation. I had a call when all this started and I was promised that they going to help me out with the Certficate but it seems that will never happen if we don't involve JIB, Companoes House and Citizen Advice.
