I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with Victor was honestly appalling. I have rarely encountered someone so unnecessarily rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The way he speaks to customer service workers is not just unprofessional, it is demeaning. He talks to people who are simply trying to do their jobs as though they are beneath him, and it is disgusting to witness. There is a huge difference between being frustrated and being cruel.
