I have bought 3 homes and refinanced several times in my lifetime. Brad told me what documentation would be needed and I provided it. I didn't have to resubmit "most recent" paycheck stubs or bank statements as the escrow came to a close. This was by far the easiest finance ever in my life. Brad was always timely and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about working with Brad and CTC.

I’m four years late. I was browsing and thought I’d leave a 5 star review for CTC Financial and John. John is such a wonderful person to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just the very best! When we bought our home in Las Vegas everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend CTC Financial!
