I have bought 3 homes and refinanced several times in my lifetime. Brad told me what documentation would be needed and I provided it. I didn't have to resubmit "most recent" paycheck stubs or bank statements as the escrow came to a close. This was by far the easiest finance ever in my life. Brad was always timely and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about working with Brad and CTC.
Worst palace dont go
I’m four years late. I was browsing and thought I’d leave a 5 star review for CTC Financial and John. John is such a wonderful person to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just the very best! When we bought our home in Las Vegas everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend CTC Financial! They have the best service and never miss a birthday. Hopefully we get to do business again. Thank you for everything you do John!
I was introduced to Brad by my friend and realtor. From the minute we met we hit it off, he’s friendly and professional and most importantly he knows his stuff! John and CTC have been great to work with. John always knew my concerns and kept in constant contact. They also did not push and when I looked into a other company he helped without pushing me either way and answered questions. Because of his attention, availability, communication and honesty I have used them twice and will continue in the future.
