Honest and very ethical owner. They have a great attitude and positive approach toward challenging jobs and obstacles. They like the job done right the 1st time.
Chales the owner and his crews. Conquer projects big and small with the same care and professionalism. They have installed 400 amp serveice for us all the way down to installing a car charger. If there's a problem Charles goes out of his way to fix the problem and make sure that everything is to the customer satisfaction. Two individuals came out to fix our ballast, but unfortunately, they damaged the entire sign. In place of the original, they installed a smaller, janky, used-looking version. See the disappointing outcome in the photo. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them for adjustments, we have not received any response. It's unfortunate that we paid the wrong individuals who managed to mess it up.
Don't trust a guy in a hawaiin shirt.... go with Boone electric instead.
