We had our alarm system upgraded by CTC Communications. I would like to compliment them on their great customer service and installation. The installer was very friendly and detailed how the new system worked and its features. Also Sam provided great service when we intially vistied him to discuss our ugrade and provide a Quote. He also made a follow up call after the installation to make sure all went smoothly and we happy.
Had a great experience with CTC in installing Bosch alarm system. The team was professional, punctual, and very helpful. The installation was smooth, and their customer service has been excellent. The system has only been installed recently, so full functionality still needs to be assessed, but so far everything looks great. Highly recommended!
