My experience with CTB Performance & Accessories was extremely disappointing. I engaged CTB after reading about their Suzuki Jimny tuning packages in NZ Autocar and expected a professional and transparent process. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that expectation. Very helpful company, kept me up to date re the repairs undertaken.
Hubby took raptor ute to be up graded and staff were pleasent and knowledgeable.
Had a massive delivery delay that took bringing attention to management to get the parts but significant freight delays took car off the road for 2 months including over Christmas. CTB worked hard to get the part to me over summer but lots of room to improve systems. Hopefully a lesson learnt. Edit. I should probably put a bit more context to my frustration here. Sam and the team sorted out our 2005 Mustang which went into a fail safe mode. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and throughly tested it before handing it back. They were also very well priced. Highly recommend them.
