I purchased Chore-Time for my poultry farm per a friend's recommendation. Overall, CT feedline and drinker lines are good. However, customer service, parts, controller's hardware and software are among the worst that I've known. First off, local CT auth vendor stores say the waiting time for ordering most parts are now 6-8 weeks. How can a poultry farm wait that long for any parts?
