I'm not sure who wrote that other review, but when my husband and I met with Chuck and Jonathan, I appreciated that they had "educators' hearts" - I don't like financial stuff and I don't really understand it very well. They were patient and positive. Our meeting with them left me feeling very hopeful and ready to plan for our futures!
