Spoke with a man by the name of Termaine. Very rude, very disrespectful and unprofessional. All I needed to know was how to obtain a call log from the month of December 2025. He said there has to be a court order to do, craziest nonsense I’ve ever heard in my life. I explained to him that typically is not the process, and if he could assist with providing login credentials and I could myself. He was NO help and doesn’t have good customer service. He needs to be fired.
