IN AND OUT!!! Excellent work done here. I came in with a valve leak that needed to be changed as soon as possible. Someone hit the power line resulting in there being no power at the shop temporarily. They told me they would still service my truck. The mechanics got me out in 30mins at a reasonable price too. Thanks! Keep up the great work!
Oh GOD worst place ever. They erase the camera footage after they sabotage your truck to make it have to be fixed. They lie worse than anything and had me running around trying to get a specific part with out telling me every aspect of that part i needed to get. Never gave an estimate on an oil change an arm and a leg for it. Don’t walk by them RUN!!
Stay away from this place! They charged me over $700 just for an oil change. I specifically told them to give me an estimate before starting any work, but they never called me and went ahead with the oil change anyway. When I saw the bill, I refused to pay that outrageous amount, and they threatened to drain the oil and leave my truck like that. I had read a review saying they were horrible people—now I completely agree.
Horrible people, they communicate terribly, swear at you and raise the amount out of nowhere without explanation. I working as a safety in transportation company, one of our drivers got air chamber broken just behind the corner from their shop. First they say one price, then up it, we was fine to pay more but ask to explain why price is go up. I 100% recommend C&T Trucking! We recently opened a branch of our business in Charlotte and were fortunate to find this location. Not only do we store our fleet here and enjoy the clean paved property (which is hard to find), but it is also safe and has well-lit bathrooms. A full-service repair and tire shop are also on site. Ceasar and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. The repairs have been timely, professionally executed, and communicated well.
