Another year with another satisfied customer. Shay has been my tax preparer for several years and I have always been satisfied with the knowledge, customer service and the dedication that she has for her clients. She ensured that I didn't miss out on any deductions and guided me through completing my verification to receive my refund. My tax experience has always been pleasant, and this company is highly recommended.
DO NOT GO SHE WILL MESS YOUR TAXES UP AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL YOU EITHER DONT GET AN ANSWER OR SHE SAYS SHE CANT TELL YOU ANYTHING. ITS LITERALLY YOUR JOB SHAY . The owner tried threatening to tow our cars when we parked in front of the store, without any legal signs posted of reserved parking. We tried to explain that this parking lot was for the customers in the entire area, and she doubled down and kept threatening to tow. We had to explain that, if she did in fact tow us, she would be legally liable to pay for any and all cost.
Janeisha and her team were so helpful and professional throughout the process. Will definitely come back next year!
I have been filing my taxes with CT Tax services for now 4years! Let me start by saying how professional this company is. Shay not only does her job but goes above and beyond. Always exceeding my expectations! I actually won $1000 last year CASH for participating in a giveaway.
