Dark; pouring rain; power outage; generator doesn't work. Bruce calls me back and says to go get oil. Not an option: I'm old and undergoing chemotherapy (which I tell Bruce). 3 days later son Ryan comes to fix it. 2 days after that it doesn't work. Bruce says it's too far for him to drive and would prefer we call someone else. We purchased the unit from him and are on the last 4 months of a 5 year service contract.
Thank you for returning my call within 15 minutes, walking me through some trouble shooting on the phone, and getting out to my house within hours! Bruce, Steve, and Ryan are excellent—they explained what I needed to know and immediately fixed the problem with the short to my pool.

I unknowingly hired an unqualified individual to install a battery back up system in my house almost 4 years ago. It never worked right. Two other companies looked at the system and ran. Bruce A********* of CT Electrical comprehended the problem and diagnosed it in approximately one hour. On his second visit he had it operating correctly and legally. I recommend you talk to him first for your generator and battery requirements.

Ct electrical is an awesome Proffesional operation, Bruce is always there when u need him and his crew is awesome too,I have a generlink that he installed and supplied,job well done and it's a great product. I would highly recommend his company for all electrical needs...not too many honest company's left anymore and this guy is as honest as it gets!!!
