First I’d like to say I purchased three 600 sq fr pallets last spring. Good communication and delivery person was excellent! Ordered and paid for another 600 sq ft pallet end of September 2024 and never received my order! Called and texted 10 times and now being totally ignored. Unfortunately will have to go legal route. Very disappointed
Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs Ordered 900 sqft of sod on October 29th and experienced nothing but frustration and added expenses. They scheduled three separate delivery appointments, and each one was a disaster. 1. First delivery: “Sorry, the order was on the truck but got delivered somewhere else.” 2. Second delivery: Claimed an issue with a hydraulic valve, which prevented them from prepping my sod. 3. Purchased sod in April. A lot of pieces had weeds. Service was very unsatisfied.
I could not be happier with my experience buying sod. CT Sod answered all the questions I had and was able to deliver my sod as soon as I needed it. I would definitely use them again. My lawn looks amazing!
