After a year most of the grass is dead. Poor install and poor quality grass and bad customer service. Learn from my mistake and choose a different sod supplier. Update to Owner's response. Not going to go back and forth here, but my response of "that's fine" was agreeing to water and give a few days then I never heard from you. Excellent experience from start to finish. I reached out and they were able to not only give me accurate support in terms of measurements but told me exactly how to prep everything so I was completely ready for the delivery and installation. Pricing was competitive and good, and communication was even better. Greatly appreciative to the entire team who did an outstanding job.
I was looking for sod companies near a jobsite of mine and found CT Sod. I decided to give them a shot and placed an order, WHAT A MISTAKE! The first time they tried to deliver the sod their driver refused to go down the road to access the property. We have brought plenty of flat beds to this site before, the road isn't the issue here. We even had a worker trying to direct the truck to our site and he just drove away. My experience with the install was very bad. I feel like I got robbed. They charge over $1/ft and they sent a 17yr old who just started landscaping to lay 1,000 sq ft. They were so many extra cuts that were not needed if he knew what he was doing. All the small pieces are dying no matter how much water I put. There places that were missed completely.
