Just saw my friends and family were also scammed by this shop and so was I. Went in to do an oil change and you guys broke my car door's handle. Went in a second tome for my red truck and you guys broke my signal lights. Glad all of keenesburg is finding out the truth about this shop. You guys charge and fix nothing.
Charged full price for them to not fix anything. Put in a replacement without telling me and then charged me for it when that was something we hadn’t discussed. Not trustworthy, not worth the money. Drive the 15 minutes to Brighton for better service and for your car to be actually fixed.
Had my mom go in to fix her air conditioner and not only did they NOT fix it, but charged her for something WITHOUT discussing it with her first. You really shouldn’t screw people over who live in the area since word gets around very fast. It’s really easy to inform others to drive 15 minutes to Brighton and not only get better service, but to have a more trustworthy experience as well. You guys just care about taking people’s money and you’ve made that very apparent.
