Been dealing with CubeSmart in Middlefield CT They raised their rental by $40 do i emailed them and told them i would vacate at the end of the month Ed Silva the GM still charged my cc and refuses to refund my money Their CROOKS and have contact their HQ in PA……..stay away
Several months after CubeSmart took over ownership of the storage units at 129 Meriden Rd, Middlefield, CT we discovered mold on the items in our "Climate Controlled" storage unit. The manager could care less and the insurance we paid for denied our claim because they don't cover mold. CubeSmart also removed the rodent traps that were in place at the entrances to the facility. Signing up was easy, the facility is clean and well lit. Glad I had a shovel in the truck because the entrance needed some shoveling before I could roll the dolly in to the storage building.
Excellent customer service, clean, neat, organized.
