Awesome property manager! Showed and explained EVERYTHING! Additionally she printed me the lease as well as emailed it to me AND showed me how to use the app.
I recently moved a half hour away from where I used to live. And I had a storage unit down that way as well. My wife has a corporate account. The lot is black ice and barely plowed all winter. A dangerous place to have a storage unit. No one seems to care…She called the regional manager who never bothered to call back. Never had a problem until CubeSmart bought the facility. Very little or no ice melt put down on the pavement making accessing the unit slippery when loading and unloading samples for work
Only day one, but it has been a great experience! The facility is so clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly!
Anthony and the woman at the front desk were amazing. I informed them i was moving here from across the country and i received phone calls on my way up checking in on me seeing how i was doing! Then upon arrival, it was an amazing, easy going experience working with them! 10/10 recommend this location of Cube Smart. Anthony and his team deserve a raise!
