Naomi is the best!
I went to the Middletown Cubesmart and was very impressed by the service and cleanliness of the location. Anthony and Naomi were very attentive and helpful with any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend their location to a friend or family member.
Our family has three climate controlled units at CubeSmart in Middletown. So thankful a professional company took over managing these units! Ed onsite there helped solve a problem that carried over from the previous company with professionalism when I was beyond frustrated after years of trying to correct an administrative mistake that incorrectly linked the accounts when there are 3 different payors. Thank you, Ed!
Anthony and Naomi were so helpful when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. I was given a tour to show me a few different options and was easily able to pick the appropriate size to suit my needs. The transfer was seamless. They were so courteous. Highly reccomend this facility, I have been a long time customer here!
