The technician and scan were fine. I was charged a copay of $100.00, but when I received an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company, it indicated that I should have been charged $83.14. I have made 5 attempts to talk to someone for a refund. They do not answer their phones in billing and do not return my calls.I have tried calling the facility several times but still have no response. This has been going on since 11/30/23.
