One particular advocate named Pamela was very unpleasant, judge mental , moody, slouched at work, and insensitive. My son fell off his motorcycle called out of the program the next day and she told my son” maybe he shouldn’t have ridden his bike the day before program and discharged him. I made a virtual appointment to file a complaint she never called me back , I called the next day I was told I’d get a call on the same day yet to get a call.
