I had an amazing visit here! I attended a pain free workshop because I was experiencing lower back pain. After doing all the exercises with David my back pain completely went away. I told David the exact location and degree of my pain, so he could instruct specific exercises for me. I did his exercises for 30 minutes and felt relieved. I could tell David really cared about helping my pain which was awesome to see. I would highly recommend scheduling a visit if you or anyone you know is experiencing back pain.
I recently started working for Walt Disney World and my shifts are 10 hours long each day spent standing and walking all around the park. My back pain would be unmanageable if it were not for the posture therapy exercises I have been doing for the past few months. When I worked as a server I would have horrible back pain at the end of every shift and now the only pain I'm feeling is not being able to go back and visit all of these wonderful people at Ct Pain Free!
