Kay is the smartest and most enthusiastic nutritionist I've ever worked with. I began consulting with her approx. 3 years ago for my obesity challenges, as she was recommended by my PCP. She is sympathetic, up on all the latest tools out there and offers a frank opinion on the effectiveness of each based on your own needs.
