Omg I was so disappointed in this place. I’m from out of town and have been here a handful of times with positive experiences. This time had nails done, technician ‘Jerry’ used the drill on my nails 3 times, now the nails are brittle, pealing and very short (gel manicure) nail product came off top of nail, went back next morning to get fixed, very nice, but they exclaimed my fault. Very nice people. They do a great job. However, they overbook their schedule. If you make an appointment and arrive on time, you’ll sit and wait for at least 15 or more minutes until you’re actually seated. For a dip powder nail, I’m usually there for 90 minutes or more, which is too long for me!
