Similar experience as another review. I would never go here or recommend to anyone. Negotiated deal for the car and paid to have registration done through them as RMV is quicker through a dealer. It took almost two weeks. Asked the RMV and they said with s dealer it should take 2-3 days. They told me delay was not on their end. Went to pick up the car and as I’m handed the keys I am told it will not start and may have to put in neutral to start.
