I'm not a novice to massage therapy but I've never had Arvigo massage therapy. The massage therapist, Monica, was quite informative, providing a great deal of information about the technique. She demonstrated great listening skills during the thorough intake and her hands-on technique was evident she's crafted her skill. First time appointment, expect to be there for about 2 hours in a calm and relaxing space. Leave there with complimentary items, knowledge on how to perform self massages, and a feeling of relief/release.
