Terrible. We came in and it looked promising especially with the reviews. There were 3 lounges and 3 of us. They started on me first after about a 5 min wait. No communication to my friends. Then a toddler comes out and starts playing with noisy toys. She got him to watch an iPad. So back to me. Then there is screaming in the back of the building and she takes off again.
