I booked this company to travel to *** and due to a family emergency. I want to cancel and get my money back (trip Isn’t until August). I thought this was the Original Connecticut Limo Service. They told me they would only give me credit to be used within a year. I would have taken it but it is not the Limo Service I was booking with. I believe they are misrepresenting themselves. This CT Limo Business on 727 Campbell Ave, West Haven CT informed me after I was told to book my reservation online that they could not confirm a pick up from JFK Airport on a Sunday night because the flight landed at 9:00 pm. In fact I was told this by a very rude and unprofessional woman that "it was common sense that they didn't pick up after 9:00 on Sunday nights" This was after my credit card was charged and nowhere on their website does it say the information above which I informed her of.
