Update- approved repairs back in November and never heard back from them...Shouldn't have to reach out multiple times to pay someone for their services. We have gone back to our original repair company. It did take some effort getting someone to come for the initial service, but once they did, the service was efficient and thorough. Pricing was very competitive and reasonable repair estimates were provided.
