This gym keeps getting better and better, new equipment, more serious lifters showing up, happy to have this gym in our town! I’ve experienced all the gyms in Lake County and have to say CT fitness keeps reinvesting into their gym making it the best place to workout. They care and it shows.
I am a professional bodybuilder and have trained for my last four shows at CT Fitness. Not only do they have more than enough equipment that I need for success, but they are open 24 hours a day every day of the year. The equipment continues to update and the members that attend continue to encourage and motivate me.
