DO NOT HIRE HIM. He agreed to a job, sounded knowledgeable and I unfortunately trusted him. I gave a $500 deposit to do a job that day. He said he needed to go get his equipment and supplies. He returned after dark with used supplies with promise to return in the morning. He did not show up and gave excuse after excuse. Never paid us back. I filed a complaint with the state, come to find out he does not have a business license. Do not hire him. Find a reputable company.
Horrible company took 8 months to do job kept making excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Left a mess and didn't finish job.
As disappointing as it gets. Can’t follow basic business practices of showing up, working, and leaving the paying customer with what was agreed to.
Ryan worked diligently for nearly 3 months to finish my project. We ran into several unexpected problems underground but he expertly navigated all of them.
This company is outstanding! First and most importantly Ryan returned my call for an estimate ptomply. When he arrived he was honest about what I needed. He did a great job in a difficult area of my home. Both Ryan and Todd, were professionals! They cleaned up and left the area in great condition! I would recommend Ct. Dry Well if you have any water issues. They are honest and dependable and that is truly rare with some companies during these times.
